Shipping, payments & returns
We ship three times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)! We have several different delivery options for you to choose from! Oversea parcels with tracking are delivered via Asendia.
Delivery times in Finland are between 2-7 days, depending on the chosen delivery method. You will receive confirmation email with tracking code shortly after we have completed your order.
Unfortunately sometimes, like during busy seasons, delivery times might be longer! Also we do not take responsibility if delivery times are longer due to force majeure situations (for example natural catastrophes, etc). If delays are caused by carrier or any other third party, Glitternisti will not be liable for any such delivery delays.
If you enter an incorrect address when you place an order at glitternisti.com, please send us an email immediately and we will see what we can do. Although, if we have already shipped the order, there is not much we can do about it :/ Glitternisti will not be responsible for mistakes made by our customers in any cases like this.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe payments and paypal. OP Checkout payments are processed by Checkout Finland Oy and their terms can be found here in Finnish.
Glitternisti is part of Good Tribe LTD (FI2362356, former titiMadam LTD) so this name is probably what you will see on your bank statement!
None of the given payment details will not be given to Glitternisti at any point during the order process. All payments are handled via trusted third parties as mentioned above! We assure that ordering from us is safe!

If for some reason you are not happy with the items you received, you have 14 days to return the items. If the items are ok, but you are not happy with them, you as a customer are responsible for the return costs. Customer is responsible of the postage and packaging costs also when the order is returned to us due to wrong delivery address or when the items are not picked up from our delivery partner. If the order returns to us because the customer has not collected the order, we will charge 5€ handling fee. After we receive the returned items, we will return your money via our online payment providers. The items must be unused and in such a condition that we can sell them again. No money will be returned if the jars / lids are open and the sealer sticker is broken or the items are in any other way faulty.
If the items are not what you ordered or faulty in any other way because of us as a seller, we take full responsibility! In any case regarding returns, please get in touch with us!
