CURRENCY & TAXES

All prices are quoted in EUROS (€) with the VAT of Finland (24%). Possible import taxes or duties are not included in the given prices on our website as we do not have control of these charges. Customers are always responsible for any taxes or import duties after completing the order at our online store.

 

DELIVERIES

We ship three times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)! We have several different delivery options for you to choose from! 

Delivery times in Finland are between 2-7 days. Delivery times in Europe are 7-14 working days. You will receive confirmation email with tracking code shortly after we have completed your order.

If for some reason your order has not reached you within 7 working days after getting the order confirmation get in touch with us immediately. Otherwise we are unable to help with lost orders. If the package is lost you might want to check the location of your order with the given tracking code. Next you might want to check with you local post office if they know something about the order. 

Unfortunately sometimes, like during busy seasons, delivery times might be longer! Also we do not take responsibility if delivery times are longer due to force majeure situations (for example natural catastrophes, etc). If delays are caused by carrier or any other third party, Glitternisti will not be liable for any such delivery delays. 

If you enter an incorrect address when you place an order at glitternisti.com, please send us an email immediately and we will see what we can do. Although, if we have already shipped the order, there is not much we can do about it :/ Glitternisti will not be responsible for mistakes made by our customers in any cases like this.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discounts cannot be used after the purchase. Discounts are only eligible with products we as the seller have chosen. If you have any issues with discount or coupon codes, please get in touch with us!

 

PAYMENT METHODS

In our online store, you can pay with Klarna. We also accept all major credit cards, online banking payments, Pivo and MobilePay payments. It is also possible to order products by invoice and installment payment (Klarna and Collector Bank). Payment intermediaries include Stripe payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Paytrail Oyj.

Glitternisti operates under the company Good Tribe Oy. This name will probably appear on your statement.

Glitternisti never receives your credit card information. All payments are processed through payment intermediary companies. Glitternisti only receives necessary information about the ordered products and the shipping and billing address. You can read more about privacy here!

Klarna

With Klarna, you can make flexible and secure online purchases at Glitternisti’s online store. Klarna offers the following payment methods: Klarna invoice, Klarna account, debit/credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard), and online bank payments. The payment intermediary and service provider is Klarna (2247127-6), in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Klarna Oy appears as the payee on the customer’s statement or invoice. Klarna forwards the final payment to the merchant. By using Klarna as a payment method, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431), which you can read here. If you encounter problems with the payment or have questions about Klarna, please contact Klarna’s customer service directly.

Paytrail

The payment intermediary and service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on statements or credit card bills and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Walley

We offer the option to pay by invoice in collaboration with Walley. When you choose invoice as your payment method and you are granted the invoice option, you will receive the ordered goods before paying for them.

You can pay the entire invoice amount at once or, if you are granted the option to pay by account credit, split the payment into smaller parts by paying at least the minimum amount shown on the invoice by the due date. Paying the invoice in parts requires that after receiving the invoice, you sign a credit agreement with Walley by logging into My Pages at my.walley.fi.

When choosing to pay by invoice or account credit, you can only place an order to your permanent address registered in the population register. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of the order, and Walley will check your credit information during the order process. The first invoice is free of charge. The interest rate for installment payments is 1.66% per month (annual interest rate 19.9%). You can pay off the entire remaining sum on the due date or choose installment periods of 1-36 months. You can also opt to pay larger installment amounts. For late payments, statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period, are charged. RETURNS

If for some reason you are not happy with the items you received, you have 14 days to return the items. If the items are ok, but you are not happy with them, you as a customer are responsible for the return costs. Customer is responsible of the postage and packaging costs also when the order is returned to us due to wrong delivery address or when the items are not picked up from our delivery partner. If the order returns to us because the customer has not collected the order, we will charge 5€ handling fee. After we receive the returned items, we will return your money via our online payment providers. The items must be unused and in such a condition that we can sell them again. No money will be returned if the jars / lids are open and the sealer sticker is broken or the items are in any other way faulty. 

If the items are not what you ordered or faulty in any other way because of us as a seller, we take full responsibility! In any case regarding returns, please get in touch with us!
